Light Source Warranty

When you shop Advent candlesticks at markslojd.com

You bring your Advent candlestick out of storage for Christmas and suddenly discover that one of the bulbs is broken or no longer lights up. Sound familiar?

We want you to feel confident about your lighting from Markslöjd. That’s why Advent candlesticks with included light sources purchased at markslojd.com come with an 18-month warranty on the light sources.

The warranty applies regardless of how the light source was damaged. If a light source stops working, is damaged or breaks during the warranty period, we’ll send you new replacement bulbs completely free of charge.

That means you don’t have to figure out which replacement bulbs fit your Advent candlestick – you can simply get back to enjoying its warm glow throughout Advent.

How the Light Source Warranty for Advent candlesticks works

If a light source breaks:

  • Contact our customer service
  • Include a photo of the damaged glass and provide your order number and/or email address so we can verify your purchase with us.

If the replacement bulbs are in stock, we’ll send you new ones completely free of charge.

Terms & Conditions

  • Applies to Advent candlesticks purchased at markslojd.com from 1 October 2026.
  • The warranty is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
  • Covers one (1) set of replacement bulbs per Advent candlestick during the warranty period.
  • The warranty only covers replacement bulbs that are in stock.
  • Free standard delivery to a pickup point. 
  • The Light Source Warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
