    Batch numbers earlier than 2348 have a screw terminal block and are not affected by this recall.

    The batch number is located on a label inside the ceiling cup and is printed vertically in the format year-week-manufacturer.

RISK DESCRIPTION

Markslöjd has decided to carry out a voluntary recall of the Heaven ceiling light. The affected products have an incorrectly positioned terminal block which may come into contact with a longer ceiling hook.

If the lamp is not connected to a protective earth, the fixture may become live. This creates a potentially fatal risk of electric shock if touched.

  • Instructions for consumers

    1. Stop using the product
    Switch off the power using the room's fuse/circuit breaker before touching or removing the lamp.

    2. Check the batch number
    Check the label inside the ceiling cup. The batch number is printed vertically.

    3. If your fixture is included in the recall
    We offer several alternatives:

  • A. Free Repair
    We will send you a prepaid return shipping label, repair the product, and return it to you free of charge.

    B. Voluntary Self-Repair
    For customers with the necessary competence, we also offer the option to repair the lamp themselves.

    C. Replacement Product
    If there are special circumstances, we can replace the fixture with a new one.
