Risk description: 
The product has a design flaw in the ceiling cup's quick-connect terminal block. If the product is mounted on a long ceiling hook, the hook can press against the terminal block, causing the neutral conductor (N) to come loose. If the loose conductor comes into contact with the lamp's metal housing, the entire housing becomes live. If the lamp is not connected to a functioning protective earth, this poses an immediate and life-threatening risk of electric shock upon contact. 

Instructions for consumers: 

1: Stop using the product immediately. Turn off the power using the room's fuse (circuit breaker) in the consumer unit before touching or dismantling the lamp. 
2: Take down your luminaire and check if your product is affected by the design flaw. 
(the batch number is located on the inside of the ceiling cup, written vertically in the format: Year-Week-Manufacturer) 
3: If your luminaire is affected by the design flaw, we offer three options: 
A. New replacement item: You return your item to us and we will send a new, safe replacement product. 
B. Free repair by us: We will send a return shipping label. You send the luminaire to us, we rectify the fault and return it to you. 
C. Voluntary self-repair: If you choose this option, we will send clear step-by-step information with images to your email.
