No, the ceiling plug is not included. The new European standard (2019) introduced DCL lamp plugs and outlets. Old lamp plugs can still be purchased separately, but they are no longer allowed to be included with the ceiling lamp according to the new EU standard. This is because wattage indicates how much energy a bulb consumes, while lumens measure the amount of light it emits. For example, if you want to replace a 60W incandescent bulb, you should look for an LED bulb that provides around 700-800 lumens.
