How to Assemble a Paper Star
– Step by Step

1. Unfold the star

Hold the folded paper star in one hand. Gently pull the points apart and push them out from the inside, one at a time. Continue around the entire star until all the points are fully unfolded. Be careful not to pull too hard, as this may damage the paper.

2. Shape the star

Once all the points are unfolded, gently straighten and shape the star. Make sure the points are evenly spaced and that the star has reached its full shape. Gently press the sides and along the folds to help the star hold its shape.

3. Position the star over the light source

Place the fully opened star around the hanging light source. Make sure the metal wires/pins are correctly positioned inside the star and that the light source is centred.

4. Secure the star

If the star has a string, hook-and-loop fastener (Velcro), or another type of fastening, use it to close the opening. Make sure the star is securely fastened and hangs evenly.

Tip: We recommend using a slim, candle-shaped LED light source. Always follow the product instructions regarding the recommended type of light source and maximum wattage.
