As a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel.
NOTE: You have the right to open the packaging free of charge and check that the product works. However, you as a consumer are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods, including original packaging, which depends on handling in addition to what is required to determine the characteristics and function of the goods. In the event of a return, Markslöjd reserves the right to make any deductions for a refund depending on the returned item and outer packaging condition. Please also note that a return where the product has been modified in the form of cut cables and so on, no right of withdrawal expires.
When you, as a consumer, wish to use your right of withdrawal, notify Markslöjd about the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your goods. After that, as a consumer, after sending a message, you must return the item (s) within 14 days at the latest.
When returning, we recommend that you use a transport packaging to give extra protection. In the event that accessories are missing or physical damage exists, we reserve the right to charge a fee to restore the item to functional condition. Markslöjd refrains from making such deduction if the product is returned in substantially unchanged condition.
Note that you who regret a purchase have the right to test your item before you cancel a purchase. Please note, however, that goods that come back have the right to be tested and any value reductions may occur depending on the condition of the return.

Therefore, make sure the item is well packaged. The original product packaging with the specially designed inner packaging helps the product stay firmly during transport.
If you wish to undo parts of your purchase, we will refund the amount of the returned item.

When using your right of withdrawal, you are the customer for the return shipping. For larger goods, return shipping can be between SEK 140-167 depending on the carrier.
Other costs, such as cost of goods and freight from us to you will be refunded. Markslöjd will not redeem parcels against postal advances. We recommend that you return the shipment in a way that allows the shipment to arrive at our return address. Markslöjd has no opportunity to redeem packages on postal agents.

REFUND / CREDIT
A refund / credit must be made within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In the event that the product is not available to us promptly, we will administer the refund as soon as the product is available to us or alternatively that you as a customer can provide proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first for a refund. The repayment is then made via Klarna.
If an item is advertised and can be repaired / exchanged with us, we will refund any return shipping without delay.
The delivery time for products marked "In stock" is 3-9 working days via PostNord Mypack Collect or PostNord MyPack Home.
The delivery time for products marked "In stock" is:
- Sweden: 1-2 working days in via PostNord Mypack Collect or PostNord Mypack Home.
- Denmark: 2-6 working days via PostNord MyPack Collect.
- Finland: 3-6 Working days via PostNord MyPack Collect.
- Rest of EU: 3-9 Working days via PostNord MyPack Collect.
Sweden: If you buy for more than 500 SEK the shipping is free, otherwise the fee is 19 SEK.
Denmark: If you buy for more than 500 DKK the shipping is free, otherwise 29 DKK.
Finland: If you buy for more than 50 EURO the shipping is free, otherwise 2,5 EURO.
Rest of EU: If you buy for more than 50 EURO the shipping is free, otherwise 4 EURO.
In case of extended delivery time we always contact you immediately via email. You will then of course have the right to refuse, or change your order. If we are unable to deliver the order within a reasonable time and the delivery time is of major importance, then you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase.
During holidays as Christmas and Black Friday delivery time can be extended by 1-2 days. Should any of the products you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other products on your order, we may in some cases divide your order so you get 2 ore more separate shipments.
As a customer, you never have to pay more than the original shipping. We are responsible for the transport risk when we send something to you, which means that we will replace you free of charge with a new product in the event of shipping damage or loss of shipment. If you return to us, you as a customer are responsible for the transport risk.
Please make sure to pick your package up even if you want to return it. If you not pick it up we will take a return-fee of 25 EUROs or 190 DKK.
